Sophia Cardenas is a DONA certified Birthing Doula who strives to provide emotional, physical, and educational support to the birthing parent and partner. Sophia is also a certified Reiki Practioner, Yoga Instructor, and Fire Fighter Paramedic who is dedicated to helping her community. She has two children; one birthed at a hospital and one birthed at home. She has a total of 13 years experience with patient/client care.
